· Develop and implement cost accounting systems
and procedures.
· Analyze and report on product and operational
costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
· Conduct variance analysis and provide
insights into cost drivers.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and
financial planning processes.
· Provide financial insights to enhance
decision-making on pricing, profitability, and operational efficiency.
· Work closely with production, supply chain,
and procurement teams to improve cost efficiencies.

& Management Accounting qualification
· Minimum 5 years of
experience in a costing or financial analysis role.
· Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a related industry would be advantageous.
· Strong understanding of cost accounting
principles, activity-based costing, and inventory management.
· Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP,
Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
· Familiarity with IFRS and local tax
regulations.
